BioThis is a journal dedicated solely to my experiences with bipolar disorder. Expect posts about shrink visits, medications, any reading I may do on the subject, and my thoughts on the disorder in general.
This journal was created so that I may post anything I want to say publicly and so that others may read what I say while retaining my anonymity, thereby ensuring that no one can trace these posts back to the "real" me. In other words? I was sick of friends-locking all my bipolar-related posts on my regular journal.
This will not ever turn into a chronicle of my emo-ness. One, because when I'm in a depressive state, I don't want to fucking write about it, and two, because that ain't my bag, man. My aim is to get the word out, not to make you want to stab yourself with a fork.
Feel free to add me, just post a little "hey" in one of my entries so I know to add you back. I welcome anyone who wants to go along for the ride!
And real quick? Some personal info. I'm a female, in my twenties, and have been taking Lithium since I was 16. Lithium rocks my world. Along with the Lithium, I take perphenazine and Effexor XR for additional help.
